Make a menu from your purchases (factor in your busy schedule). 3. Prep as much as you can as far in advanced as you can. 4.(Bonus) If it’s in season buy extra and put it up for winter. Right now I’m freezing whole cherry tomatoes for winter. They make PERFECT salsa and marinara.
